Concept

GIS Yaounde works according to the Thuringian curriculum and the two Cameroonian curricula (MINEDUB): the Anglophone and Francophone Cameroonian subsystems.

Our goals are:

Goethe Sprachzertifikat Deutsch FIT A1 or A2
First School Leaving Certificate or
Certificat Ecole Primaire

Furthermore, we strive to educate our students as multilingual, cosmopolitan people. Furthermore, we support our pupils with solid scientific, innovative mathematical and technical basic knowledge.

About

GIS Yaounde is currently the only German school abroad in the Central African region. With this school project, we would like to make a contribution to meeting the high demand for German as a foreign language.
